My favorite meals are the simplest. Marinated tofu in a quinoa-filled Asian stir fry is BOSS.

I just went vegetarian about a month or so ago. So I am still trying to figure out what works and what doesn’t. This book would be a tremendous help to have. Thanks for the opportunity!

I’m still leaning towards the vegan lifestyle so I don’t have a set recipe yet! Ugh, I need help. BUT I do make awesome green smoothies. Does that count? lol.

I love cook books and I do not have a good vegetarian one yet! I’ve been a vegetarian for slightly over a year and am always on a prowl for something new. I need to get away from processed microwaveable vegetarian foods! I am excited to see one finally up my alley.

I LOOOOOVE anything having to do with garbanzos, from a simple chickpeas based salad to hummus or falafel!! Yuuuuumm! It would definitely be awesome to have the cookbook, but the food processor would be great since it’s much needed for food recipes like for example hummus instead of mashing it manually and patiently with a fork! :) Thanks for sharing us all your knowledge and art for cooking!

Hmm..my favorite vegetarian meal. So hard to choose! I think I’ll have to go with black bean burgers with eggplant bacon.

I really enjoy white bean vegetarian chili.  It is tasty and I make mine very spicy.  It is just the thing for our cold winters.
